Mark Betteridge

His passion now lies in finding creative, trustworthy visionaries who want to work together to build great firms that do good for the world and reward investors richly. G-Pak is right up there.

Evian Macmillan

Evian has been a serial entrepreneur since his teenage years when he opened a restaurant as part of a high school project and quickly caught the entrepreneurial bug. His most recent business venture won him numerous international product innovation awards and was featured in PROFIT magazine as one of the top 100 fastest growing companies in Canada. He has become an expert in product innovation and global distribution while working with product development teams at the world’s largest restaurants, such as McDonald’s, Subway and Starbucks. He has earned a reputation of being a creative, driven, charismatic, and influential top performer within the industry and is looking forward to helping G-PAK make a difference in the world.

When he isn’t working on his newest venture or trying to convince someone that Evian is not a girl’s name, he gravitates towards golfing, scuba diving, meditation, racing cars and his favourite pastime, hammock-ing.

After growing up in Winnipeg, Mark moved to the west coast in 1991 and now spends much of his spare time with his family and two Airedale Terriers.   His passion for business is based on his desire to lead and to learn from others.  As an entrepreneur, Mark has developed a lifestyle that intertwines his business and social interests.  Mark looks forward to working alongside the G-PAK team.

Neil Madden

Neil's heart is in sales.  His passion for solving customer needs lead to creating his own company, which morphed from a vending machine business in 1997 to a multi-channel retail, e-commerce and distribution company servicing Canada with a focus on single serve coffee.  Ranked in PROFIT magazine for 2 years  straight as one of Canada's fastest growing companies and having received numerous awards, Neil has always been at the forefront of seeking innovative solutions and launching them successfully by working closely with his vendor partners on strategy and branding.

Roger is passionate about the power of design and believes that design principles and methods can be applied to just about everything—especially G-PAK’s technology.

Roger is an avid golfer and reluctant skier, although his wife Diana is determined to reverse his priorities in that regard.

John Hemeon

John is a food and coffee aficionado who’s spent his life either enjoying it, selling it, or making sure it gets where it needs to go. He spent 25 years with Sysco Food Service learning everything about the food, packaging and service needs of restaurants, institutions and quick service establishments, finishing off his career there as an Executive Vice President. He then joined Tim Hortons for seven years as Executive Vice President, Supply Chain where he learned all things coffee while leading the coffee team. In his spare time, halfway through his tenured career, John earned an MBA at the University of Guelph in Hospitality and Tourism Management.

When John isn’t boating, snowmobiling, golfing, driving fast cars, or hanging out in a warm climate somewhere (all excuses we suspect to not have to find a real job or get a haircut) he will be using his background, experience, and entrepreneurial passion to help the G-PAK team bring their vision to life.
